And consi...DBWIAIEIEIO - :) Thanks for the support. And considering my previous 2 posts, before this one, I reckon I am holding on a bit too well to the arrogant belief that I am intelligent enough!

I reckon what really got to me were the practice numerical aptitude tests that I did. Freaking out cause I couldn't remember how to calculate areas of triangles & nonsense!

Po - It does help saying it, in an odd way, just cause it is support & means others have gone through this kak too. As long as I know that others have experienced it, I don't see myself as such a freak.

And isn't it ridiculous that you can't even get the small jobs, cause you become "over qualified". A friend of mine has had to "dumb down" her CV just so recruitment people could vaguely understand it, let alone then hire her to answer phones. Obviously this didn't work!

I'm back to ignoring it & just getting through th applications. But I really would like something by Christmas... to calm my subconscious & enjoy my holiday 100%Champagne Heathenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09540128789208726965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28321828.post-66444596086075541442009-11-19T01:27:04.126+02:002009-11-19T01:27:04.126+02:00I know this feeling, but I know saying that doesn&...I know this feeling, but I know saying that doesn't help. I ended up trying to get packing type jobs to tide me over while looking for real jobs, but I even got rejected for those.

Try not to take it personally though, they are not rejecting you as an intelligent and qualified individual! Each application rejection doesn't mean personal rejection of you. If each company needs only one person, that is a huge lottery to be playing. It will end out in your favour eventually.

Holding thumbs for you!pohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00711119384786965311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28321828.post-9300815953723895042009-11-18T16:42:23.683+02:002009-11-18T16:42:23.683+02:00I am so sorry.
