Canttypenowinarushtalklater

I have twelve thousand more pages to write & hone between now and Tuesday morning. This leaves little time to eat, sleep, shower, sms, book an american visa interview, answer phone calls, talk to people within ten steps of me, glare at people within ten steps of me who try to converse with me, find sugar sustance to keep me going....cough hack cough uh oh that sounds like flu to me I will just have to stay home from work tomorrow just to be safe... turn on a television, do further research on any of the topics, draw money, open this internet, gym, get fresh air, open a window, change out of these pyjamas. I have yet to research my topics. Nothing like a challenge. I am taking a quick study break between the first and my further two papers. Minute done. Gotta go.

Oh. Day 4 of Being 100% Sober = Good.

When your next minute comes again, my advise is to find yourself something healthy but snacky to sustain your energy.

For example, pistacios (I think I spelled it correctly) are rich in essential oils and you can munch on them throughout the day to help keep your energy levels up. Munching on certain cereals are good for your energy levels too.

Personally, I like dry pasta. Most people think it's strange, and there's an Old Wives Tale associated with it, but it's BS, and I find it helps me, personally.
Dazz does it too, in fact he's the only other person I know who likes dry pasta while he's busy with work.

And also, Super Cs are great. Plus they have Vitamin C, which is pretty good s#!^ in Winter, when everyone is joyfully spreading their germs and viruses to everybody else (damnit, I wish flu wasnt so socialist. The world would be a better place if it operated on basic Capitalistic Principles).

(It may help if you regularly sip water you recently boiled. It's a great way for your body to flush out toxins building up, especially if you're drinking lots of caffeine related drinks and from fatigue.)

And also, good luck!
