Gratitude

I would just like to state right here that I LOVE my car guys - Norman's Toyota.

Today they have given me: free coffee, muffins, cleaned my car inside and out, smiles, didn't laugh at me when I tried to explain in "Chick" terms what was wrong with the car, lifts to and from their place to mine, fixed my bumper free of charge, checked my tappets and somethingelsewhoknows (and told me I drive too fast, that's why it goes tuk tuk tuk tuk), changed my fuel filter, gave me a tin of sweets because they're sweet like that...

....and it cost me R17.32!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love love love them!!

that's just insane! you seem to know all the spots in Joeys. you should do your very own 'best of jo'burg' list...ofcourse that means absolutely no peace and quiet for you. everywhere you go, there'll be a blogger in your shadow...

2F - until the dumb rain started. Honestly, why ever clean your car!!

Spoon - that's because I have been here FAR too long through my lifetime. And not to fear, peace & quiet have never been part of my life needs...so bump into you soon, somewhere crazily along the line!

Peas, they're THAT nice that I reckon they might just. Maybe just paste a Toyota symbol over your VW signage just in case though.

Those guys sound fantastic! I do believe in the "no such thing as a free lunch" cliche but it sounds like you just got one. One of lifes biggest frustrations has passed you by and left a smile on your face. Its good to see you're shouting their name from the treetops. Too often good service goes unrewarded!

When I told a friend about this last night, he just questioned how low cut my top was & sighed saying he wished his life too could be so much easier just because of the size of his chest!

The service guys actually called just now to ask if I was happy with the service. I told them I loved them.
