As for packets... bags... those plastic things for transporting goods by hand...they are as free as a bird! And they think they're developed!
i had the same thing in the states. asked for a packet and she was stumped and kept talking louder and louder to me as if I was deaf or doff.
Appar packets is an SA thing. who knew.
